[Agu pork shabu-shabu course] where you can enjoy the taste of Okinawa.Agu pork, a brand of Okinawan pork, is characterized by its high fat content and sweet taste.We use a Japanese-style dashi stock made from kelp and bonito, and enjoy it as is without adding any ponzu sauce.Ingredients include vegetables, island tofu, asa, and other ingredients that are familiar to Okinawa!Finish with rice porridge or noodles to fill your stomach!
