This is a purebred Agu pig that is 100% descended from the native Ryukyu Agu pig.Agu pork is not only rare, but also high in collagen and low in cholesterol. It is also rich in the umami component glutamic acid, which is three times that of white pigs. Agu pork's fat in particular is sweet, and its flavor fills the mouth.You can enjoy this Agu pork with Kiraku's secret soup stock.
