A5 rank lean Wagyu beef from rare purebred Aguu and carefully selected Okinawan heifers.We use inner thigh, which is considered the highest quality red meat, so the meat is tender and you can enjoy the original flavor of the meat.A luxurious course where you can enjoy both pure-bred Agu beef and carefully selected Okinawan A5 Wagyu beef.

・ Two kinds of appetizers

・150g purebred Agu beef (loin, belly)

・60g of carefully selected A5 Wagyu beef lean meat from Okinawa (Uchimomo)

・Assortment of colorful vegetables from the prefecture

・Fresh sea grapes (for shabu-shabu)

・Choose your dipping sauce (homemade ponzu, rich sesame sauce, grated egg yolk, plum and shiso leaf, egg sauce)

・Ryukyu Kiraku's special Okinawa soba noodles (fresh noodles)

・Homemade coconut milk almond tofu
