・ Two kinds of appetizers

・Purebred Agu pork 150g (loin, belly)

・Selected Okinawan A5 Wagyu lean meat 60g (inner thigh)

- Assortment of colorful vegetables from the prefecture

Fresh sea grapes (for shabu-shabu)

- Choice of dipping sauces (homemade ponzu, rich sesame sauce, grated yam and egg yolk, pickled plum and perilla leaf, egg sauce)

- Ryukyu Kiraku's signature Okinawan soba (fresh noodles) as a finishing touch.
